HomeRun Team

The Home Run Team is a group of community minded men who help MENTOR formerly homeless men who have graduated an intense Regeneration Program at the Miami Rescue Mission. Each Home Run Mentor has one or more MENTEES they help encourage and help keep them empowered.

The Home Run Team also helps fundraise for the Miami Rescue Missions MEN'S ANNEX which houses the upper phase men and graduates of the Regeneration Program. There are 78 beds (separated into 3 dorm rooms).

The cost to support a BED for a year is $2,500.

Give Miami Day's Goal is to raise $50,000 towards 20 beds.

CoverGIRLS

Our CoverGirls Volunteer Focus Group helps women and children that have been victims of domestic violence, abuse and homelessness in our Miami & Broward Centers. The CoverGirls host activities for the children, mentor the moms and single women one on one and host events to raise funds for a safe and nurturing environment to keep the women and children COVERED while completing their life changing program.

Our goal for Give Miami Day is to raise $6,000 which will COVER 5 beds and services for one year at our Centers for Women and Children.

Meals and more

Our Meals a More donors help us provide healthy meals to hungry men, women, and children of our community. We believe that hope begins with a meal. Hurting individuals are encouraged to begin new lives. One meals costs $2.00.

The MAM Club partners are committed to creating connections in our community and helping to feed the hungriest of our community's population. In order to put our vision into practice, we have created Meals a More Club.

During Give Miami Day we have a goal to raise $5,000 to feed 2,500 meals this holiday season.

Faith Partners

Our "2 Fish | 5 Loaves" Faith Partners see the Homeless of our community as a "Mission Field." They help by:

• Raising monies for Emergency Meals
  
• Sending our CREW Volunteer teams to minister to homeless on the streets.
  
• Encouraging Homeless Ministry Teams to minister during daily emergency meal servings.
  
• Utilizing Chapel Crusaders to minister daily through Chapel services.
  
• Having Bed Prayer Patrol Teams pray over residential beds at our centers and leave encouraging notes.
  

Become A Faith Partner

Girlfriends 4 Girlfriends

"Girlfriends 4 Girlfriends" (G4G) is a Volunteer Focus Group that has a three cornerstones.

• G4G concentrates on raising funds to purchase and maintain Safe and Affordable Housing for women and children coming out of domestic violence, abuse and homelessness.
  
• G4G also focuses on ministering to the graduates of the Life Changing Programs of The Caring Place at Miami Rescue Mission and Broward Outreach Centers. Graduates are visited and given House Warming Gifts and kept in contact with to keep them empowered and encouraged in their new life's journey.
  
• G4G also makes compassion visits to women in need in the community.
  

The goal is raise funds to purchase our 3rd NEW MULTI PLEX HOUSING PROJECT!
